At DigitalStreamz, we want to ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase. You can request a refund if:
- The service is completely non-functional due to technical issues on our end.
- You were accidentally overcharged or double-billed.
- Your subscription details were never delivered to your email.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Please note that we cannot offer refunds in the following cases:
- Slow internet connection on the user's side causing buffering.
- User's inability to set up the device (our support team is available 24/7 to help instead).
- If the subscription has been used for more than 7 days.
- Channels not being available in a specific language (we suggest taking a trial first).
