By accessing DigitalStreamz, you agree to follow these rules. These terms are designed to ensure a fair and high-quality experience for all users.
1. Service Usage & Restrictions
Our IPTV services are intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Restreaming or rebroadcasting our content to third parties.
- Using multiple devices simultaneously (unless your plan allows it).
- Attempting to bypass our security protocols or server firewalls.
2. Subscription & Payments
All subscriptions are activated immediately after payment confirmation. While we strive for 100% uptime, occasional maintenance is necessary to keep our 8K servers running at peak performance.
3. Content Availability
The channel lineup and VOD library may change without prior notice. We constantly update our servers to provide the latest content and remove non-functional streams.
4. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (Username/Password/M3U URL). Any unauthorized use of your account resulting from credential sharing is the user's responsibility.
5. Disclaimer of Liability
DigitalStreamz is not responsible for any local ISP issues, internet speed fluctuations, or device-specific technical failures that may affect streaming quality.
